We purchase and recycle metals and re-melts them into high-quality finished steel products. We produce a wide range of products at our state-of-the-art mill including iron rod (rebar), coiled reinforcing bar, wire rod, merchant bar and other specialty products.
Our production machines are more energy efficient and environmentally friendly than traditional blast furnaces. Processed scrap is melted and then cast into semi-finished goods called billets. On-site rolling mills convert this into the finished products, primarily reinforced bar and wire rod.
Our aim at full capacity is to produce minimum of 800,000 MT of steel products that will be shipped-out annually from the facility, thereby making us the largest ultra-modern steel manufacturing plant in the West African region.
